Trick or Treat!

Wyatt was Thomas the Tank Engine for Halloween! He got to wear his costume to school. They trick-or-treated down the hall, the parents handed out candy, then they went back to the classroom to enjoy some snacks. This is his teacher, Miss Kathy, helping him down the line.

This was Wyatt's jack-o-lantern. He designed it himself - it had to be a "happy pumpkin" with triangle eyes, a triangle nose, three teeth on top and two teeth on bottom.

Hee Hee! I carved this one! Wyatt asked if it was a happy pumpkin or a sad pumpkin. I told him it was a sick pumpkin and then used it as a teaching lesson by telling him that the pumpkin got sick by eating too much candy! HA HA! He then had his pumpkin tell my pumpkin to not eat too much candy anymore!

This was our other jack-o-lantern. We tried some foam pumpkins this year that we can use again next year. That's why it has those really jaggedly lines.

Noah was a Rockhopper penguin this year. This is him enjoying the jack-o-lantern. I think he enjoyed seeing everyone's pumpkins as we trick or treated more than getting the candy. He would run up and say "Pumpoo!", which means "pumpkin" in toddler language!

Here they both are together. Of all the candy they got I think their favorite item was a pencil! You can see Noah's in his hand. He carried it around all night! Oh, I just love these little cutie pies. They had so much fun and just wore themselves out.
