Noah's 3rd Birthday Party!

When Noah turned 2 I had this monster party planned out for him with all these colorful monster cupcakes I was going to make and other monster things. But then he decided he wanted an airplane party. He was ALL about airplanes. So we gave him an airplane party. Well, unlucky for us, over the last year he has STILL managed to remain our little monster so it was still appropriate to use the same thing for his 3rd party. Only this time his absolute favorite colors are green and orange so that also became part of the theme. Below is our little monster's monster cake:

This is Noah's little twin friend Lucas. They have the exact same birthday! Every year his mom and I plan which days to have their parties on. Happy Birthday to you too Lucas!!

Present time! I love that you can't tell whose birthday it is. They are both opening the presents!

One of his gifts was a Wolverine costume from Wyatt. I think Wyatt secretly wanted this for himself so picked it for Noah knowing they could share!

He gets frustrated and abandons it to catch up with Wyatt and Daddy who went on ahead. Wyatt comes back to help him try again. Meanwhile Noah is content to play with the wheels. He finally settles on "riding" it this way:

I'm not sure why he isn't wearing his helmet. Maybe we hadn't gotten one yet? Anyway, just know that, yes, he does wear a helmet whenever he rides now! And he did finally figure out how to ride it!
