This is the dip I made at the Spa party and Wyatt's birthday party. Lots of you wanted the recipe so here it is!
1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
1 package (9-11 ounces) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain and coarsley chop artichokes. Place in bowl and add spinach, mayonnaise and sour cream.
2. Press garlic into bowl. Grate cheese into bowl and mix well.
3. Place into small oven-proof bowl and bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 2 cups. I recommend putting in more garlic than called for and doubling the recipe. In a rush you can microwave it a few minutes instead of putting it in the oven.
