Roller Skating

My niece had her 10th birthday party at a skating rink. By the way I DO NOT recommend going to one of these places on the weekend. It was LOUD and crazy with all kinds of kids running around everywhere! Anyway, this was the boys' first time skating and they didn't take to it very well.

This is video of me trying to put the skates on Noah. It took three of us to get the skates on and he just kept kicking them off. He is crying and screaming, "Mom, take them off!" throught the whole video.

This is as far as Wyatt got. We got the skates on him no problem but he was not interested in trying to walk or skate in them.

He stuck to what he's good at - eating pizza!
I leave for a few minutes to make a phone call and when I come back Jason has somehow managed to get Noah into the skates!

They are the cutest little skates!

He's pointing to the skating floor. He wants to go out there.

Just waiting for the big kids to finish a game so he can go out...

Finally, Daddy gets to take him out and then he falls to his knees! He just kept throwing himself down after that.


He wanted Daddy to carry him around the rink.
