Here are the pics from this year's photo shoot. This year we used Michelle Hebert again. Somehow I managed to convince her to drive the 3 1/2 hours from Thornton to Lamar. THANK YOU so much Michelle. First, let me just say that my kids (and me too for that matter) were in dire need of a haircut! But in the chaos that is life there just wasn't time to get them done. Did I stress about it? Yes. But then I realized that this is how my kids look most of the time. They HATE haircuts. And so mooonths pass between cuttings. So why pretend that we're all perfectly groomed? Let's just capture the way we really look to remember for years. But, with just a bit of photoshop thrown in ; )

This hat that Michelle spotted in our house inspired me to start planning a cowboy party for Colton's first birthday. Giddy up.
And a very rare photo of me. I'm sure you moms understand. We are always behind the camera instead of in front of it. Sometimes I wonder if my kids will remember what I look like. Seriously. There won't be any proof of me (other than my kids, of course) because there are so few pics. Geesh. I need to work on this. I am planning a scrapbook of just me (you know, once I finish all 3 kids, our wedding and the family albums. And by finish I mean start!) I'll get to it with all the free time I have on my hands ; )

Great pics! You're already planning Colton's birthday party?!?! Yikes! :) And I love the pic of just you. I'm jealous that I feel like Parker has more pics taken with his Daddy than with me! LOL!
